There are now millions of people around the world carrying unnecessary fats around their bellies. It looks odd, make people feel uncomfortable and brings many health hazards. But there is no need to worry because it’s very easy to reduce extra belly fats.
Extra fats around one’s belly can be of two types. First is in people who’s entire body is obese and fat is wrapping their all organs. There are many ways to reduce weight but following are the most effective methods to reduce the extra belly fats.
- Make a firm plan (the most important thing!)
- Avoid fat rich foods like fried dishes, deserts and creamy foods
- Drink lots of water
- Regular abdominal exercise
- Minimum 3 Km running on daily basis. If running is not possible then go for light jogging and even if that is not possible then atleast go for a brisk walk.
- In short, eat less than you consume
